Home Additions

At HRH Construction, Inc. we conduct home additions with a slightly different approach. Before you spend any money on design services, we first check to make sure you have sufficient space to build the addition, with respect to lot set backs, wetlands, septic systems, etc.

We take this approach, because we do not want you to waste your money and time on a design that you can not feasibly build. Once we are confident that you have sufficient room, we then start the design and build process. Already have an architect in mind? That’s not a problem for us. We love meeting and working with new design professionals in the area.

Regardless of who completes the design, a proposal from HRH Construction Inc., will not simply be based on the drawings. We conduct an in depth inspection of your home and its heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. This is to ensure all systems will be able to handle the additional space. If we find out the systems cannot, we can incorporate options to fix this during the proposal and planning stage of the project, and not half way through it.
